It had a private entrance and nearby street parking. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Michael is a fantastic host who was in great communication leading up to our trip and during our stay.

This place is lovely, welcoming and extremely comfortable. It is very much like staying in a luxury hotel. We stayed 1 night here and thought it was a great bargain. It was easy to find and check-in was easy. The layout is nice; looks very much like the pictures. The beds were comfy. You can hear people walking upstairs, but it wasn't bothersome. There are baseboard heaters with dials in each room, although we turned them up a little and they didn't seem to go on.
